The crash resulted in a devastating toll: six fatalities on the plane, identified as Lizeth Murillo Osuna and her daughter Valentina Guzman Murillo, along with four others. Additionally, 19 people on the ground were injured, some due to flying debris. Local hospitals reported treating multiple patients, with various degrees of injuries. Jefferson Health confirmed that they were treating 15 individuals, while Temple University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children also provided care to several victims.
