Illegal Alien Charged with Murder, Rape, and Necrophilia in Georgia
Warning: The following story contains disturbing details.
In a horrifying and chilling crime, a Honduran illegal alien, David Hector Rivas-Sagastume, is facing multiple charges, including murder, rape, and necrophilia, after allegedly attacking and killing a Georgia mother of five in a random act of violence. The 21-year-old has been under a deportation order since July 2023, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The victim, Camilia Williams, a 52-year-old mother of five and grandmother, was found dead in a wooded area in Cobb County, Georgia. Williams’ family reported that she had been followed by a man in the days leading up to her murder, although authorities have not yet established a connection between the suspect and Williams.
Additional Charges Filed
On Friday, prosecutors filed additional charges against Rivas-Sagastume, including malice murder, aggravated assault, rape, aggravated sexual battery, and necrophilia. The arrest warrant states that Rivas-Sagastume assaulted Williams, placing her in a chokehold and causing her to lose consciousness. He then allegedly admitted to putting his full body weight on her neck, leading to her death.
An Illegal Entry and Prior Arrest
The Department of Homeland Security revealed that Rivas-Sagastume entered the United States illegally on March 17, 2021, and was subsequently arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol. However, he was issued a notice to appear and was paroled into the country by the previous administration. A judge had ordered his removal on July 11, 2023. On March 18, 2025, Cobb County Police Department arrested him for capital murder and other crimes.
ICE has lodged an immigration detainer with the Cobb County Jail, ensuring that Rivas-Sagastume will remain in custody. This case has once again raised concerns about criminal illegal aliens and the need for stricter enforcement and immigration policies.
