Judge Cynthia Chappell sentenced Wallen to seven days at a DUI education center and two years of supervised probation. Wallen’s lawyer, Worrick Robinson, released a statement explaining the details of the plea agreement. The agreement requires Wallen to complete the DUI Education Center program, be on probation for two years, pay a fine of $350, and cover court fees. If Wallen successfully completes his probation, the charges will be eligible for dismissal and expungement.
Robinson emphasized that Wallen has been cooperative throughout the legal process and has personally apologized to those involved. The lawyer assured that Wallen remains committed to making a positive impact through his music and foundation.
