O Popload Festival returns for its eighth edition in São Paulo with a new home this Wednesday (12) . The event will be held at Centro Esportivo Tietê, a park in the central region of the city, for the first time. The band pixies and the musician Jack White lead the lineupwhich still has names like Chet Faker, FresnoPitty and more.

Prohibited
This year, entry control will not be carried out through wristbands. It will be necessary to present the physical ticket or the e-ticket (with QR code), plus a photo ID and the proof of vaccination with at least two doses. At the time, a different ID will be given to anyone who has purchased access to the premium track.

How to get to Popload Festival?
The Tietê Sports Center is located next to the Tietê waterfront, in Avenida Santos Dumont, 843. The Armenia metro station, on the Blue line, is located 600 meters away and also serves as the terminus of several bus lines. Park parking will not be available during the event.

Food
The festival area will feature several restaurants in São Paulo, including Farm of the Future, calf’s foot jelly and Holy Burger, in addition to some food truck options, divided between the normal and premium lanes. Popload claims they will have vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.
Drinks, food, merchandising products and luggage storage must be purchased through a consummation card. It will be necessary to register in the fixed or mobile cashiers and enter the desired value. The card will have a security deposit of R$ 7. At the end of the event, customers can request a refund of the amount or choose to receive a bottle of water.
Can I bring food and drinks to Popload?
In case of foods, it is allowed to enter with up to three units of industrialized products and originally sealed for individual consumption, of a maximum of 300 g each. Entry with any other food product outside the specified standard, including fruit, will not be allowed.
For drinksthe festival only allows water in originally sealed cup-type packaging, with a total limit per person of up to five units of a maximum of 300 ml each.
What can’t you bring to the festival?
Popload will not let customers in with bulky objects such as ladder, bench, folding chair, boxes, cardboard containers, bag, purse and large backpack. Any objects that are larger than 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 cm will be barred. In addition, the following are prohibited:
- Chains and belts,
- Plastic bottle, can or alcoholic beverages,
- Toxic substances, fireworks, flammables in general,
- Objects that could cause injury (scissors, nail clippers, etc.),
- Firearms, melee weapons, glass cups and glasses in general,
- whole fruits,
- Umbrella,
- Book, newspaper, magazine and banners,
- Motorcycle helmets and similar,
- Professional camera or camcorder, selfie stick, drone, laser pointers, tablet and notebook,
- Medicines (unless accompanied by a medical prescription and which will be stored and administered at the medical center during the event),
- Balloons, juggling, flag with mast and roll paper of any kind.
