SZA takes revenge on the boy in the tarantineesque and PERFECT clip of ‘Kill Bill’, the most listened to song in the world; watch

Sza

Tell her it’s her! SZA released, this Wednesday (11), the video for the hit “Kill Bill”, which conquered TikTok and the Billboard charts. The artist was inspired by Quentin Tarantino’s successful feature film of the same name, released in 2004, and delivered a production worthy of cinema, with animation and lots of blood!

In the lyrics, SZA talks about a boyfriend, who ended up falling in love with another woman. “I might kill my ex, not the best idea. His new girlfriend will be next, how did I get here? I might kill my ex but I still love him. I’d rather be in jail than alone”, she sings in the chorus. The intense video does the track justice.

In the production, the singer appears to be happily in love, enjoying all the best parts of a relationship. However, she ends up being surprised by the sudden end of the relationship, and more than that, with a perverse betrayal. As soon as the separation takes place, the diva’s trailer is hit by several bullets, while being surrounded by armed men – all under the command of SZA’s ex-boyfriend. The artist manages to survive the attack and, from then on, begins to plan her revenge. Just like Uma Thurman’s character in Tarantino’s plot, she appears armed with a sword for a violent fight against her ex, in which SZA wins, of course.
