THE HBO released the trailer for the second season of The White Lotusseries that came out as the big winner of the Emmy 2022, by taking ten of the 20 statuettes for which he competed. After a turbulent plot in Hawaii, the seven new episodes will take place in a luxury hotel in Siciliain southern Italy.
As indicated by the premise, the beautiful landscapes will not be enough to calm situations involving drugs, betrayals and awkward moments between millionaire guests.
Jennifer Coolidge and Jon Gries are the only actors of the first season who return to the cast, according to the announcements made so far. The characters, who met in previous episodes, are now married. According to the trailer, the American suspects that she is being cheated on by her husband.
One of the great expectations for the new season of The White Lotus is the entry of actress Aubrey Plaza. she plays Harper Spiller, who is taking a trip with her husband and some recent business partners. However, she believes the new friends have secret motivations for hosting, in addition to enjoying Italian tourism.

The White Lotus opens on October 30th at HBO Max and in the channel HBO.
